Hello everyone! Today I want to tell you about the success of the fourth edition of the seafood paella competition organized by Valencia Mar. As a Valencian myself, I can't help but feel very proud of the passion our region has for gastronomy, and in particular, for paella.

For those who don't know, seafood paella is a type of paella made with shellfish and fish. It's a dish that requires a lot of skill and technique to achieve the right flavor and texture. That's why this competition is a perfect opportunity for cooks to showcase their abilities and talent.

This year, the fourth edition of the seafood paella competition was a resounding success. More than 40 paellas were entered by cooks from across the Valencian Community, and the level of competition was spectacular. The quality of the paellas presented was exceptionally high, making it difficult to choose a winner.

In addition, there was a prestigious jury: Luis Valls, head chef of El Poblet, Maje Martinez, Pedro Mocholí, Paola Dominguín, Miky Dkai, Nacho Vidal and Carla Centelles.

Finally, the first amateur prize went to the team from the boat Isola, who won over the judges with their paella. First place in the professional category went to Arrocería A Fuego Lento from Valencia. Congratulations to the winners!

But beyond the prizes and the winners, what I've truly enjoyed about this competition is the festive and family-friendly atmosphere. Paella is a dish that brings people together, and this competition has been the perfect opportunity to savor the food and share moments with friends and acquaintances.

In short, it was a fantastic edition of the seafood paella competition organized by Valencia Mar. I loved seeing the passion and talent for cooking that exists in our region, and I hope we continue to enjoy many more competitions and gastronomic events like this one. Until next time!
