Altea celebrates the Rice Festival from April 20th to 24th

Altea is getting ready to celebrate Rice Day! From April 20th to 24th, 2023, the city will host local restaurants participating in this event organized by AHEA (Altea Hotel and Restaurant Association) in collaboration with the Altea Department of Commerce and GastroEventos .

A total of 14 restaurants are joining the initiative to offer attendees a wide variety of rice dishes, one of the most popular and delicious dishes in Spanish cuisine, particularly from the Levante region. Participating restaurants include Maná Lounge, Bon Vent Restaurante, Taberna Marinera El Barba, Restaurante Juan Abril, Tapería Ca ​​Pere, Noa Lounge & Gourmet, Tossal Roig, Restaurante E-Tika, La Taverneta del Gos, Asambra Bar, Best Friends Tennis Club, Melitón Jardín, and Ca Raulet .

During the five days of the event, visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy a wide selection of rice dishes, from classic recipes to the most innovative and creative culinary creations. In addition, each restaurant will offer special menus that include a starter, rice dish, and dessert, at very attractive prices so diners can sample different types of rice dishes.
