Punta Aljibe's Mediterranean red prawn fumet is designed for all those who like the strong flavor of seafood.
All the ingredients in this fish stock are 100% natural. Consequently, no colorings or preservatives are used in its preparation.
We take care of every last detail when preparing this dish. First, we carefully clean the dried red peppers, removing all the seeds and stems. Once clean, we make a sofrito by adding tomato, garlic, and oil.
The fish is never ground; the entrails are removed, and it is cooked with great care. Afterward, the resulting light fish stock is strained repeatedly to remove any impurities.
Once the fumet is finished, it is sterilized, packaged and kept in a cool, dry place, optimal conditions for its preservation.
Red prawn fumet: water, rockfish from Santa Pola (sargo, pagel, spider, rascassa, etc.), monkfish, pepper, tomato, garlic, ñora pepper, extra virgin olive oil, salt and red prawn extract.
This prawn stock is suitable for any dish made with fish or seafood. Therefore, we can use it to cook paella, fideuà, soupy or creamy rice dishes, and even fish gazpacho . We could also use it as a base for stews.
The 375g jar is recommended for 2 servings .
Once opened , keep the fumet in the refrigerator for a maximum of 3 days .
Best before 24 months after production.
It does not contain gluten, which means it is suitable for celiacs.
