Deep enamelled frying pans are made of cold-rolled steel and coated with a layer of acid-resistant enamel. This enamel coating prevents the pan from rusting and makes it easy to clean.
Special induction pans have a thicker base and completely flat , which allows it to heat up quickly and distribute heat easily across the entire base.
Recommended use for gas, oven and wood.
This type of pan is traditionally used for making soupy rice dishes, creamy rice dishes, Alicante gazpacho, Manchego gazpacho, or stews and casseroles.
They do not require any special treatment. Remove the sticker from the background, if present, and wash thoroughly with soap and water.
Clean thoroughly and dry. It is not necessary to apply oil as a protective layer.
Avoid hitting the pan hard , as this could cause the enamel to chip and render it unusable.
