Salmorreta is the magic ingredient in Alicante's rice dishes, fideuàs, and stews . Therefore, it's the reason for the unique flavor of Alicante's cuisine.

This product is made by hand using 100% natural products .

To make salmorreta, you sauté the cleaned ñora pepper with the garlic, then combine it with a good homemade tomato sofrito. Blend everything together and the salmorreta is ready.

Usage recommendations

Add one dessert spoon per person to the sofrito for rice dishes or other preparations. This amount is a guideline; adjust the quantity depending on whether you prefer a stronger or milder flavor.

Once opened , keep the salmorreta in the refrigerator for a maximum of 30 days .

Best before 24 months after production.
