El Paeller's Seafood and Mixed Fish Broth with Sofrito is a gourmet preparation made with mantis shrimp, crab, mixed fish, and prawn heads, slowly cooked to extract all their intense marine flavor. Its unique taste comes from the touch of wood , which imparts smoky nuances impossible to achieve with a conventional industrial broth.

Like all El Paeller broths, it is made exclusively with natural ingredients, without preservatives, additives, or artificial flavorings. It is simply pure Mediterranean broth in liquid form, with no solid parts, as stated in the official technical specifications.
