At the top, there are three supports that can be moved to the sides or placed on top as stands. While these are very useful for using the barbecue with a paella pan inside, they're not as practical when cooking over wood and placing a paella pan on top, although it can be done without any problem.
For greater convenience, we recommend using a trivet to cook paellas over wood, so that the paella will be higher, leaving a gap between the barbecue and the paella that we can use to control the fire inside.
