Chocolate Rice

Bombón rice is exclusive to the Alicante area, although it is now also starting to be produced in Valencia.

It's a rice very similar to Bomba; it's medium-grain, round, and pearly. This rice is characterized by its firm grain, which withstands overcooking very well. For this reason, it's an ideal rice for dishes like baked rice, paella, or soupy and creamy rice dishes.
